Graceland Farm at its heart is a functioning Biodynamic farm created by Angela Bricknall & Vince Hunt with a focus on healing, restoring, love and connection to the land.

It all begins with an idea

Four years ago, Vince Hunt and Angela Brickwell arrived on a piece of land in Billinudgel, Bundjalung country with big and humble dreams - driven by a desire to cultivate a life closer to nature, community and themselves.

Armed with the permaculture philosophy of caring for people, caring for the earth and sharing your abundance, Angela and Vince worked with nature to heal the land, including principles of biodynamic and regenerative farming in their practices. First, they started the lifelong journey of regenerating the soil and exploring what it meant to regenerate the spirit.

Creating Rosalita’s Rest

Their hope was for this land to serve as an antidote for nature deficit disorder by providing a place for travellers to re-connect to the earth in simple, practical ways.

In order to create such a place, two cabins were built on what is now a 120-acre regenerative farm, where you can stay, rest, learn about and absorb a life in communion with the land.

And so Rosalita’s Rest was created, a place to empower guests to reconnect with nature and leave the place better than they found it.

The Next Chapter

Anna, Andrew, Sarah & Tom are delighted to have the opportunity to act as the new caretakers of this land. With the aim of continuing their legacy to ensure Rosalita’s Rest is always a place for healing, restoring, love and connection to the land.
